Carlee graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality. She has lived in Fort Wayne her whole life and wouldn’t have it any other way. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family & friends. When she isn’t doing those things, you can find her playing and working pinball tournaments at a local pinball arcade.

Tyler D. Lehman
CPA, Partner
Tyler D. Lehman is a partner at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC. He received his Business degree with a Concentration in Accounting from Indiana University, Fort Wayne. Tyler and his wife, Julie, have three sons, Ethan, Christian and Grayson.
Tyler has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana since 1997, while serving on the board of directors for 13 of those years. He has held the offices of Treasurer and President and currently. Tyler and Julie have also served as a “Big Couple” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. In 2012, Tyler was honored with the Don Wolf Award for his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.
In addition to serving Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Tyler has served on the board of directors of The Questa Foundation and Discipleship, Inc.
Corinna L. England
CPA, Partner
Corinna L. England is a partner at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC. She graduated from Huntington University with a degree in Accounting and Business Management. Corinna served for many years on the Board of Directors of Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana and more recently on the Board of Directors of Crossroad Child & Family Services, Inc.
Corinna directs accounting, consulting and tax compliance services for small and mid-size business clients. In addition, she has assisted several clients with the implementation of accounting software such as Quick Books.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, golfing and attending sporting events. She and her husband Tim have two sons.
Paul B. Bracht
CPA, Audit Partner
Paul Bracht has been in the accounting profession for more than 15 years auditing higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations as a certified public accountant. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Manchester College. Paul has also served as a finance manager for a local healthcare system. With Hamil Lehman & England, P.C., Paul provides accounting and assurance services and is a member of the AICPA.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife while wrangling their two dogs.
Gregory A. MacDonald
CPA, Tax Director
Greg joined the firm in 2015 after over twenty years of providing tax compliance services for businesses and individuals working for a local company. He provides tax compliance and planning to the firm’s clients. Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Greg has lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana nearly his entire life. He graduated from Purdue University in 1993. Along with his wife Sandi, they are raising their three very active boys. They enjoy family time and sporting activities.
Darren R. Bailey
CPA, Tax Manager
Darren R. Bailey joined the firm in 2018 with over 20 years of corporate, public accounting and tax consulting experience. Darren has provided tax compliance, planning and consulting services to a range of clients from small local family-owned businesses up to Fortune 500 companies. Along with federal tax compliance experience, he has specialized experience in multi-state taxation, sales & use tax, property taxes, tax incentives, cost segregation and audit representation. Darren has worked closely with businesses across a broad range of industries.
In a prior government relations role with the Indiana General Assembly, Darren served on the tax committees of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana Manufacturers Association, as well as a Governor appointed member on a State of Indiana Special Tax Commission. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Darren has lived in Fort Wayne most of his life and received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Indiana University, Fort Wayne. He and his wife, Laurie have two wonderful children.
Torrey Matthes
CPA, Tax Manager
Torrey P. Matthes is a tax professional with more than seven years of experience in public accounting, focusing on tax compliance services for both businesses and individuals. As a tax manager at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, he seeks to serve clients by assisting with routine tax planning and compliance as well as helping effectively navigate changes in tax law. Torrey graduated from Grace College, earning bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the AICPA and the Indiana CPA Society.
Torrey is blessed with a wonderful family. His favorite way to spend his time is with his wife, Carley, and their three young children.
Alicia J. Rajghatta
CPA, Tax Professional
Alicia J. Rajghatta, CPA joined the firm with over 10 years of accounting experience in various roles and industries. Alicia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ball State University. She started her accounting career as part of a financial management training program with an automotive supplier where she performed accounting duties for a local manufacturing plant and was an internal auditor on the corporate level. She then spent some time as a tax accountant for a local CPA firm in Toledo, Ohio and after that spent several years as an internal auditor with a mid-sized university.
Alicia resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband, Bharat, and their two young children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, traveling and spending time with her family.
Alexis Hill
CPA, Senior Accountant
Alexis graduated from Indiana University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She recently received her CPA designation upon successfully completing the CPA exam. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, taking walks with her dog, and playing intramural sports.
Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth (Beth) began her education tenure at the International Business College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Francis University. To the firm, Beth brings 30 years of experience in the service industry with a well-executed balance of company preservation and customer-centricity.
Beth has volunteered for a food pantry and senior citizen group for many years. She also enjoys reading, watching, and collecting movies, learning trivia, crafting, singing, and spending time with family. But by far, Beth’s favorite past-time hobby is “Grandma time.”
Ian Ripple
Accounting Professional
Ian joined Hamil, Lehman, and England, P.C. as part-time staff after his internship in spring of 2024. He is currently attending Purdue University Fort Wayne pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and minors in Philosophy and Information Technology with graduation set for May of 2026. He plans to begin studying for and taking the taking the CPA exam in summer of 2025. While studying for and working in accounting is a passion of his, Ian finds that his greatest dream already came to fruition in June of 2023 when he had the privilege of marrying his best friend and beautiful wife, Haley. Shortly thereafter, in February of 2024, they were blessed once again as they welcomed twin boys, Flynn and Jackson, into their family. When not working or studying, Ian’s favorite way to spend his time is to be at home with his wife and kids.
Lauren Hofstetter

Lauren graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2025 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. She began working for HLE as an intern in 2024. Lauren enjoys reading, music, and going on walks with her husband Joshua and son JJ.
Mirna Arroyo

Mirna graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne with her bachelors in Senior Accounting in 2025. She earned her Fundamental Payroll Certificate from Ivy Tech back in 2020 and will soon begin studying for her CPA. She enjoys outdoor activities like biking, walking, tennis, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Riley Dickinson

Riley graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting alongside minors in Music and Music Industry. He joined Hamil, Lehman & England full-time in June 2025, and he assists in preparing various tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and audit services.
In his free time, Riley enjoys spending time with his wife, writing songs, singing in his church’s choir, and creating excel templates for personal finances. He is also studying to become a CPA and is pushing to be licensed by 2027. Above all else, he hopes to honor God through the decisions and actions he makes.
Carter Gerardot
Accounting Professional
Carter is a Senior at Purdue University Fort Wayne who is majoring in both Accounting and Finance, and he is currently set to graduate in May of 2026. Carter joined Hamil, Lehman, & England back in the Spring of 2025 as an intern. He then joined the staff as a part-timer after his internship concluded once the Spring semester came to an end. After graduation, he plans to join the HLE staff full-time and begin studying for the CPA exam.
Outside of work and school, Carter likes all sorts of outdoor activities like walking, golf, pickleball, and basketball. He also enjoys following and watching sports, as he is an avid fan of the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
