Brian L. Hamil, MBA, CPA, CGMA Partner
Active in the Indiana business community for over three decades, Brian L. Hamil currently serves as Managing Partner of Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, a certified public accounting and consulting firm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Hamil graduated from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana and received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In May of 2006, Mr. Hamil was appointed National Chair of Biomedical Services for the American Red Cross in Washington, DC where his primary role is to improve the effectiveness of the board of directors and leadership volunteers in each Blood Services region across the United States. In October, 2010, Mr. Hamil received the Presidential Award for Excellence from Red Cross President Gail McGovern in recognition of his contributions to fulfilling the mission of the Red Cross.
In addition to his dedication to the Red Cross, Mr. Hamil has also served non-profit organizations in Indiana and throughout the United States. Mr. Hamil currently serves as the Chair of the Governing Board of Trustees for Bethel College and a member of the Board of Directors for Erin’s House for Grieving Children, The Jerome and Marganelle Henry Foundation for Neighborhood Health Clinics, Unity Performing Arts Foundation and the Fort Wayne Zoological Society audit committee. In recent years, Mr. Hamil has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) in Greenville, SC.
Mr. Hamil resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife, Amy, where together they raised their six children.
Tyler D. Lehman, CPA, CGMA Partner
Tyler D. Lehman is a partner at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC. He received his Business degree with a Concentration in Accounting from Indiana University, Fort Wayne. Tyler and his wife, Julie, have three sons, Ethan, Christian and Grayson.
Tyler has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana since 1997, while serving on the board of directors for 13 of those years. He has held the offices of Treasurer and President and currently is serving on the Give Big Save a Little Capital Campaign. Tyler and Julie also serve as a “Big Couple” to Little Brother Jalen. In 2012, Tyler was honored with the Don Wolf Award for his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.
In addition to serving Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Tyler has served on the board of directors of The Questa Foundation and Discipleship, Inc.
Corinna L. England, CPA, CGMA Partner
Corinna L. England is a partner at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC. She graduated from Huntington University and has been in public accounting for over 22 years. Corinna served for many years on the board of Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crossroad Child & Family Services, Inc. as Vice President.
Corinna directs accounting, consulting and tax compliance services for small and mid-size business clients. In addition, she has assisted several clients with the implementation and maintenance of Quick Books and Sage 50 accounting software. She is also involved in third-party administration for clients with employee benefit plans.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and attending sporting events. She and her husband Tim have two sons.
John K. McIntire, CPA, Manager
Active in the Indiana business community for over 19 years, John K. McIntire currently serves as an Account Manager for Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, a certified public accounting and consulting firm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. McIntire provides accounting and tax compliance services to the firm’s small business clients and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Mr. McIntire graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
In October of 2010, Mr. McIntire joined the Board of Directors of Stop Child Abuse and Neglect, Inc. (SCAN) a nonprofit organization located in Fort Wayne, Indiana that protects children, prepares parents and strengthens families to help prevent child abuse and neglect. Mr. McIntire currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for SCAN.
Mr. McIntire resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife, Carol.
Karen A. Bachman, MBA, CPA, Manager
Karen has been in public accounting for over 13 years and was previously employed as an accountant at a local business. Karen provides accounting and tax compliance services for many of the firm’s corporate clients. Karen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Karen serves on the Board of Directors of Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana, where she holds the office of Treasurer.
Laurie A. Kravig, MBA, CPA, Manager
Laurie has been in public accounting for over 34 years, and has extensive background in corporate and individual tax compliance and proactive tax planning. Laurie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Gregory A. MacDonald, CPA, Manager
Greg joined the firm after over twenty years of providing tax compliance services for businesses and individuals working for a local company. He provides tax compliance and planning to the firm’s clients. Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Greg has lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana nearly his entire life. He graduated from Purdue University in 1993. Along with his wife Sandi, they are raising their three very active boys. They enjoy family time and sporting activities.
Benjamin R. Snowden, Staff Accountant
Benjamin Snowden has been working with the firm since his graduation in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ben provides accounting and tax compliance services for the firm and enjoys leveraging the capabilities of Excel to provide a more meaningful analysis for decision making. He finished his MBA in December of 2016 and will pursuing his CPA designation in 2017. In his free time, Ben enjoys volunteering for his church, running, and staying engaged with current events and the changing technological landscape.
Alicia J. Rajghatta, CPA, Staff Accountant
Alicia J. Rajghatta, CPA joined the firm with over 10 years of accounting experience in various roles and industries. Alicia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ball State University. She started her accounting career as part of a financial management training program with an automotive supplier where she performed accounting duties for a local manufacturing plant and was an internal auditor on the corporate level. She then spent some time as a tax accountant for a local CPA firm in Toledo, Ohio and after that spent several years as an internal auditor with a mid-sized university.
Alicia resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband, Bharat, and their two young children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, traveling and spending time with her family.
Steve R. Remesnik, Staff Accountant
Steve is from Fort Wayne Indiana, and attended Carroll High School. Upon graduation, Steve went to Kellogg Community College and Indiana Tech to pursue his Bachelors in Accounting. During his time at Kellogg and Indiana Tech, Steve Played four years of baseball. Today, Steve is currently a staff accountant for Hamil, Lehman, & England CPA.
Terry W. Ottinger, EA, Staff Accountant
Terry joined the firm with 10 years of public accounting experience after graduating from IPFW with a Bachelors in Accounting. Terry received the enrolled agent designation in 2013 as a federally-authorized tax practitioner. He provides accounting and tax compliance services to businesses and individuals of the firm. Terry enjoys spending time with his wife Kristy and 2 children (Jake & Ella) at Skinner Lake or Silver Beach in the summers.
Margaret Lambert, Paraprofessional
Maggie Lambert currently serves as a Paraprofessional with Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, providing bookkeeping for clients of the firm, administrative support and bookkeeping for the firm.
Maggie attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she studied Special Education and Elementary Education
Maggie is a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and also currently volunteers at Erin’s House for Grieving Children as a Peer Support facilitator.
In her spare time, Maggie enjoys running and has recently completed a half marathon and several 10ks and 5ks.
Maggie, along with her husband Chris, a local business owner, live in Fort Wayne and are the parents of two grown children and the proud grandparents of 2.
Teresa Steed, Paraprofessional
Teresa Steed currently serves as a Paraprofessional with Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, providing bookkeeping, payroll processing, and payroll and sales tax compliance for clients of the firm. Teresa holds an Associate of Arts degree from Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana and has over 20 years’ experience working in office administration and bookkeeping positions for various companies and non-profit organizations throughout the state of Indiana.
As an active member of her church, Teresa has served as a vocalist on the worship team for many years, and assists in other church ministries as needed. Teresa resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband, Brook, and their three children.
