Brian L. Hamil, MBA, CPA, CGMA Partner
Active in the Indiana business community for over three decades, Brian L. Hamil currently serves as Managing Partner of Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, a certified public accounting and consulting firm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Hamil graduated from Bethel University in Mishawaka, Indiana and received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In May of 2006, Mr. Hamil was appointed National Chair of Biomedical Services for the American Red Cross in Washington, DC where his primary role is to improve the effectiveness of the board of directors and leadership volunteers in each Blood Services region across the United States. In October, 2010, Mr. Hamil received the Presidential Award for Excellence from Red Cross President Gail McGovern in recognition of his contributions to fulfilling the mission of the Red Cross.
In addition to his dedication to the Red Cross, Mr. Hamil has also served non-profit organizations in Indiana and throughout the United States. Mr. Hamil currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors (and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee) for Creative Testing Services (Phoenix, AZ), Erin’s House for Grieving Children, The Jerome and Marganelle Henry Foundation for Neighborhood Health Clinics, Unity Performing Arts Foundation and the Fort Wayne Zoological Society audit committee. In recent years, Mr. Hamil has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) in Greenville, SC and Chair of the Governing Board of Trustees for Bethel University.
Mr. Hamil resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife, Amy, where together they raised their six children.
Tyler D. Lehman, CPA, CGMA Partner
Tyler D. Lehman is a partner at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC. He received his Business degree with a Concentration in Accounting from Indiana University, Fort Wayne. Tyler and his wife, Julie, have three sons, Ethan, Christian and Grayson.
Tyler has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana since 1997, while serving on the board of directors for 13 of those years. He has held the offices of Treasurer and President and currently is serving on the Give Big Save a Little Capital Campaign. Tyler and Julie also serve as a “Big Couple” to Little Brother Jalen. In 2012, Tyler was honored with the Don Wolf Award for his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.
In addition to serving Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Tyler has served on the board of directors of The Questa Foundation and Discipleship, Inc.
Corinna L. England, CPA, CGMA Partner
Corinna L. England is a partner at Hamil, Lehman & England, PC. She graduated from Huntington University. Corinna served for many years on the board of Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crossroad Child & Family Services, Inc. as Vice President.
Corinna directs accounting, consulting and tax compliance services for small and mid-size business clients. In addition, she has assisted several clients with the implementation and maintenance of Quick Books and Sage 50 accounting software. She is also involved in third-party administration for clients with employee benefit plans.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and attending sporting events. She and her husband Tim have two sons.
Gregory A. MacDonald, CPA, Senior Tax Manager
Greg joined the firm after over twenty years of providing tax compliance services for businesses and individuals working for a local company. He provides tax compliance and planning to the firm’s clients. Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Greg has lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana nearly his entire life. He graduated from Purdue University in 1993. Along with his wife Sandi, they are raising their three very active boys. They enjoy family time and sporting activities.
Paul B. Bracht, CPA, Senior Audit Manager
Paul Bracht has been in the accounting profession for more than 10 years auditing higher education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations as a certified public accountant. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Manchester College. Paul has also served as a finance manager for a local healthcare system. With Hamil Lehman & England, P.C., Paul works as a senior audit manager providing accounting and assurance services and is a member of the AICPA.
Paul and his wife spend time training their two certified therapy dogs. As two pet therapy teams with Alliance of Therapy Dogs, they volunteer to share the joys of a furry visitor with facilities in the community.
Laurie A. Kravig, MBA, CPA, Tax Manager
Laurie has been in public accounting for over 35 years, and has extensive background in corporate and individual tax compliance and proactive tax planning. Laurie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Darren R. Bailey, CPA, Tax Manager
Darren R. Bailey joined the firm with over 20 years of corporate, public accounting and tax consulting experience. Darren has provided tax compliance, planning and consulting services to a range of clients from small local family-owned businesses up to Fortune 500 companies. Along with federal tax compliance experience, he has specialized experience in multi-state taxation, sales & use tax, property taxes, tax incentives, cost segregation and audit representation. Darren has enjoyed working closely with businesses across a broad range of industries.
Darren, while working in a government relations role at the Indiana General Assembly, served on tax committees of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana Manufacturers Association as well as on a State of Indiana Special Tax Commission appointed by the Governor of Indiana.
Darren has lived in Fort Wayne most of his life and received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Indiana University, Fort Wayne. He and his wife, Laurie have two wonderful children.
Alicia J. Rajghatta, CPA, Tax Professional
Alicia J. Rajghatta, CPA joined the firm with over 10 years of accounting experience in various roles and industries. Alicia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ball State University. She started her accounting career as part of a financial management training program with an automotive supplier where she performed accounting duties for a local manufacturing plant and was an internal auditor on the corporate level. She then spent some time as a tax accountant for a local CPA firm in Toledo, Ohio and after that spent several years as an internal auditor with a mid-sized university.
Alicia resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband, Bharat, and their two young children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, travelling and spending time with her family.
Alicia Heckley, Accounting/Auditing Professional
Alicia Heckley is a senior at Purdue University Fort Wayne pursuing a BS in Accounting and minor in Finance. She plans to complete the 150-credit hour requirement in the Spring of 2020 allowing her to sit for the CPA exam soon after. Prior to joining the firm, Alicia gained a love for the accounting profession as an accounting intern in a local manufacturing plant and experienced her first tax busy season at another local CPA firm. In her spare time Alicia enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her extended family and friends. She lives with her family in Woodburn, IN.
Zachary N. Amstutz, Accounting Professional
Zachary Amstutz entered public accounting in 2017 by joining Hamil, Lehman & England. He provides accounting and tax compliance services to the firm’s clients. Zach earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Indiana University. Sports, cars and pick-up basketball games keep Zach connected with family and friends in his home town of Decatur.
Michelle Lutz, Accounting Professional
Michelle graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Her interest in business stemmed from earning a management position in a fast food restaurant and the opportunity to visit their corporate headquarters. She interned with the firm during the 2019 tax season to explore a career in public accounting and officially accepted a position beginning in 2020. In her free time, Michelle enjoys going on outdoor adventures, including hiking and camping, and spending time with her family, friends, and husband.
Alexis Zook, Accounting Professional
Alexis graduated from Indiana University Fort Wayne in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She will finish her 150-credit requirement in the Summer of 2020 allowing her to sit for the CPA exam. In her free time she enjoys taking walks with her dog, playing sports, and spending time with her family in Millersburg.
Jessica Fowler, Accounting Professional
Jessica Fowler graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management. Before joining the firm, Jessica found interest in accounting as a tax intern with a local publicly traded company. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys photography, taking her puppy on walks, and spending time with family, friends, and her fiancé.
Charlotte Stockton, Accounting Paraprofessional
Charlotte Stockton currently serves as an Accounting Paraprofessional with Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, providing accounting and tax compliance services for the firm’s clients. Charlotte graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and has over 14 years of accounting experience in various roles and industries.
Charlotte resides in Markle, Indiana with her husband, Todd. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, fishing, and is a huge hockey fan.
Ann Barker, Accounting Paraprofessional
Ann joined the firm after over twenty years of experience in various industries. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Ann’s previous role was Director of Finance for a local not-for-profit. She has served Concordia Lutheran Church as School Board Chair and is currently a member of the Endowment Committee. At HLE, Ann provides accounting compliance services.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and Cub’s baseball. She and her husband Kip have two daughters.
Margaret Lambert, Paraprofessional
Maggie Lambert currently serves as a Paraprofessional with Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, providing bookkeeping for clients of the firm, administrative support and bookkeeping for the firm.
Maggie attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she studied Special Education and Elementary Education
Maggie is a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and also currently volunteers at Erin’s House for Grieving Children as a Peer Support facilitator.
In her spare time, Maggie enjoys running and has recently completed a half marathon and several 10ks and 5ks.
Maggie, along with her husband Chris, a local business owner, live in Fort Wayne and are the parents of two grown children and the proud grandparents of 2.
Teresa Steed, Paraprofessional
Teresa Steed currently serves as a Paraprofessional with Hamil, Lehman & England, PC, providing bookkeeping, payroll processing, and payroll and sales tax compliance for clients of the firm. Teresa holds an Associate of Arts degree from Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana and has over 20 years’ experience working in office administration and bookkeeping positions for various companies and non-profit organizations throughout the state of Indiana.
As an active member of her church, Teresa has served as a vocalist on the worship team for many years, and assists in other church ministries as needed. Teresa resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband, Brook, and their three children.
Amy Hamil, Paraprofessional
Amy Hamil joined Hamil, Lehman & England in 2014 to support the administrative functions of the firm.
Amy enjoyed a successful career in marketing with Verizon Communications before taking time away from the corporate environment to raise her children.
Amy grew up in Hawaii and Southern California, but now calls Fort Wayne home. She enjoys fine dining, wine, hugs from her children, and the joyful laughter of her grandchildren.
